Zodiac Resources wanted offices in JLT with a clean, modern look and comfortable places to meet. Atech Interiors managed the project from approvals through design and build. At the entrance, a curved white reception desk with a softly backlit front stands under zig-zag LED pendant lights. Above it, the ceiling is left exposed and painted, with the sprinkler pipework on show. Next to reception, a black-framed glass meeting room keeps the space open and bright. In the lounge, a dropped ceiling edged with a black trim surrounds a bay window with city views, and tan leather lounge chairs sit around a round timber coffee table. Warm wood-effect flooring with built-in floor boxes runs throughout. Soft neutrals, warm timber, black details and lighting give the office a simple, welcoming feel.
