Stage Properties

Stage Properties wanted an office in Dubai Hills Business Park that would impress clients and give its team a lively, comfortable place to work. Atech Interiors delivered the complete turnkey fit-out. The reception has a dark onyx and walnut desk set against vertical timber slats, with the illuminated Stage logo above it. A slatted timber ceiling runs overhead with linear lights set between the slats. Textured stone-effect walls line the entrance, with a framed display screen and a lit bench for visitors. Beyond it, a café-style pantry has a dark onyx counter lit from below, timber shelving and a slatted wall with neon “Coffee” signage. The open-plan workspace has curved LED cove ceilings with hanging greenery. Columns are wrapped in black mesh with trailing plants, ringed with light and wrapped in curved upholstered seating in bright yellow and orange. Private offices sit behind black-framed glass partitions. The meeting room has a walnut table, a slatted timber ceiling and a ribbed feature wall. A client lounge has slatted timber walls, a greenery-wrapped ring light and full-height timber display shelving with lit niches. Travertine floors, warm timber, onyx and greenery give the office a welcoming, high-end feel.
