Dacha Real Estate needed an office in Onyx Tower that would welcome clients and give its team room to work and meet. Atech Interiors delivered the complete turnkey renovation. The reception has a layered timber-effect desk lit from below by an LED strip. Behind it, a feature wall of staggered timber-effect panels in mixed tones sits beside white storage with open cubbies, and two upholstered armchairs make a small waiting area. We left the ceiling open and painted it black, with red sprinkler pipework and suspended linear LED lighting. Over the main open floor, floating white acoustic panels and round baffles with integrated circular lights hang from the ceiling. The private office and meeting rooms are separated by frameless glass partitions with black frames. The meeting room has a timber table, black pendant lights and a slatted timber feature wall. Along the windows, a built-in upholstered bench with café tables makes a breakout area with city views. Textured carpet runs throughout. White, warm timber and black give the office a modern, professional feel.
