Sustainable Square + Squarely AI Turnkey Renovation by Atech Interiors LLC

Sustainable Square and Squarely AI wanted a bright, brand-led office that shows their focus on sustainability and technology. Atech Interiors delivered the complete turnkey renovation. At the entrance, a feature wall carries the Sustainable Square logo in raised lettering above a tufted sofa lounge. Bold green wall lettering reading “For Impact,” “By Tech” and “With People” runs through the open-plan floor. White bench workstations with grey felt privacy screens and soft grey-green task chairs line the floor-to-ceiling windows. Pegboard panels and a white storage run topped with planted grass break up the desk zones. Meeting rooms and a private office sit behind frameless glass partitions with a geometric frosted film and black pull handles, set against warm yellow walls. We painted the exposed ceiling and ductwork black and hung linear LED pendants above. Wood-effect flooring, white furniture and green accents keep the office light and calm, and the city and sea views stay open.
