National Oilwell Varco – Warehouse Renovation

National Oilwell Varco needed its JAFZA warehouse renovated so it would stay a bright, practical base for heavy industrial work. Atech Interiors carried out the renovation of the main hall. We repainted the full steel portal frame structure white and refreshed the roof panels, with rows of skylights letting daylight across the wide open floor. Overhead, we upgraded and reorganised the services along the roof: perforated cable trays, insulated chilled-water pipework, ducted air-conditioning units, red fire sprinkler lines and high-bay LED lighting. All of it runs clear of the existing 3.2-tonne overhead crane. We refinished the perimeter walls with a grey dado and a red band in NOV’s colours, below a row of clerestory windows. The result is a clean, well-lit warehouse that handles heavy lifting and daily operations.
