A complete interior and outdoor fit-out for a DAMAC Hills villa, combining warm minimalism with statement natural stone throughout the property. The scope included a wet bar and lounge with a backlit arched display niche, fluted wood panelling and mirrored glass shelving, along with a kitchen featuring two-tone cabinetry and a curved fluted island topped with marble.

The villa also includes a skylit staircase clad in marble with brass inlay treads and a glass balustrade, a living room with a panelled TV feature wall and styled display shelving, and a dining area centred around a live-edge wood table with statement pendant lighting. The powder room and primary bathroom feature dramatic bookmatched marble and a freestanding tub.

The outdoor area was developed with a glass-edge infinity pool, sun deck, pergola and fully landscaped walkways. Warm oak, brushed brass and bookmatched stone continue throughout the villa, creating a refined, resort-like interior and outdoor environment.
